With locations in SF, Marin and Santa Monica, MP is one of our favorites. They have a few pre/post-natal classes throughout the week and weekend. All classes are now offered online, and if you’re a monthly member, you can even pick up props from the studio to use at home.
Mindful Body has been around forever - and for good reason. They have several pre/postnatal classes throughout the week, look for Kari Marble. She infuses a lot of education into her classes each week, not just around your yoga practice but as it translates to birth and new parenthood.
