Every pregnancy is as individual as it is universal. We want you to know that whatever you’re experiencing, and whatever your goals are, there are resources to support you.
Learn about different practitioners and how they can complement your work with your prenatal care provider. You deserve more than “What do you expect? You’re pregnant!.” Birth prep classes, exercise, proper nutrition, mental health… we’ll cover it all, or direct you to other resources that nail it. We’ve also included some of the basics: from myth busting, to getting dressed, to some of our favorite pregnancy books, podcasts, and online resources.
A pelvic floor PT is an expert at evaluating and treating issues that commonly arise in pregnancy. Even if you aren’t experiencing specific symptoms, PTs can be incredibly helpful.
