What drove you to this work?
I grew up very dissatisfied with the healthcare my mom, my aunts, my sisters, cousins and I received (I come from a big family).
We've lost our connection to our bodies, and we're lacking the knowledge we need to care for our hormones and fertility. As a result most of us feel like a victim of our bodies. I hope to help change that.
I provide a close-connection service so women can understand what the heck is going on inside, how to re-establish health and harmony and give them help, support, and guidance along the way.
What inspires your work?
All of the women around me who bravely face life with an open heart.
Self-Care ritual?
I love daily walks (I live next to a canal and near an amazing park), embodied meditations, and try to luxuriate in the art of doing less.
