Personal experience with acupuncture was awe inspiring. The disappearance of a persistent, ten-year cyst and overcoming infertility with acupuncture treatments made me want to pursue a career change and help people in similar situations.

What do you love about integrating East Asian medicine with your fertility patients undergoing fertility treatments?

With East Asian medicine we can diagnose patients' constitution and underlying ailments.  With modern science we can get information on specific conditions.  We can get the best result when we have access to both.

What is something that you love to help your patients with?

I love helping patients with stress and anxiety around fertility/pregnancy challenges.  I want to provide an environment where they can truly experience reduction of worries and stress and focus on the positive.

what inspires your work?

Every one of the patients is unique.  I strive to provide a treatment plan that best fits with each patient’s need and always be flexible to modify based on how things progress

what is your self care ritual?

Sleep hygiene.  Good nutrition. Cardio and strength training. Caring relationships.
